How to install in Outlook

1. Click "Copy Signature" above
2. Open Outlook → Settings → Accounts → Signatures
3. Click "+ Add signature", name it, then click inside the editor and press Ctrl+V to paste
4. Click Save
5. Set it as your default for new messages and replies

Classic Outlook

1. Click "Copy Signature" above
2. Open Outlook → Settings → Mail → Compose and reply
3. Under Email signature, click inside the editor and press Ctrl+V to paste
4. Name the signature and click Save
5. Set it as your default for new messages and replies
